Abu Dhabi Investment Office (Adio) is partnering with Chinese tech-driven mobility company CaoCao Inc to advance smart mobility in the emirate. Under the agreement, CaoCao will work to establish its regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi and driving its expansion plans across the UAE and the wider region.
